Alpine Foods
The former Rudie Wilhelm warehouse on Mailwell Drive in Milwaukie is now home to Alpine Foods. Perlo repositioned 90,000 s.f. of the 17 ft. clear height warehouse into a new 30 ft. clear height freezer and cooler with one of the most energy efficient refrigeration systems in the region. The original multi-phased facility was built throughout the late 1950’s and into the 1960’s.
