Upon construction of this three story medical building, Perlo also completed the tenant improvements including the OAG Pain Clinic and Head and Neck Surgical Associates, of which our Special Projects Group continues to provide maintenance and minor improvements.

ODS

Perlo is also known for high quality office buildings. Of the sampling shown here, ODS is a 33,000 S.F. office building and dental school in LaGrande, Oregon. This project features prefinished exposed wood decking and in-floor heating throughout the interior of the space.

Village Baptist Church

Religious facilities and educational structures are two areas we have successfully built in. Of these structures, a key example is Village Baptist Church. This new 44,000 sq. ft. worship center in Beaverton, Oregon holds a sanctuary built with 832 seats and supporting classrooms and nurseries all completed with modern finishes.

Horizon Christian School
