Perlo has vast experience with distribution centers. From small to large, we have built many successful projects. Columbia Sportswear 4 Star Distribution Center was built on a 68 acre site in Robards, Kentucky. This 522,000 sq. ft. new distribution warehouse included office space, a cafeteria, and 53,000 sq. ft. of mezzanine.

This is a 145,000 sq. ft. distribution center with 15,000 sq. ft. of office space in Portland, Oregon. The concrete slab and tilt panels for the project were constructed during January of 2005, which became the wettest January on record in Portland for the previous 25 years.
